  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You may return products within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
    Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased directly from the ILLTOPIX website.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items, such as opened perfumes, cosmetics, and other personal care products, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If you have any doubts regarding the eligibility of a product for return, please contact our customer service team before returning it.

  • How to Return:

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the product. The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.

2. Refund Policy

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product following the steps above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
