We offer standard shipping, which typically takes between 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the total weight of your order. -
Expedited Shipping:
If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping, which typically delivers within 1-3 business days. This service is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated during checkout. -
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders vary, and shipping fees depend on your location and the size of the order. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Fulfillment:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details. -

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track the progress of your delivery via the carrier’s website or our tracking page on the ILLTOPIX website.
3. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that ILLTOPIX is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the case of a delay, we will do our best to assist you and keep you informed of the status of your order.
4. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses:
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery. -
Multiple Shipping Addresses:
If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ILLTOPIX is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You may also reach out to our customer service team for assistance in resolving the issue.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the package.
